After weeks of being away (sorry, work has been crazy, the whole baby turning one thing and having 35 of our closest family and friends in our tiny house made it a little hectic) I'm back with Menu Monday.
BUT.
I'm changing it up a bit this week.
I'm in a food rut big time and would love some ideas for what I can make with what is currently in my freezer/fridge.
This week I have:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Hamburger
Pot Roast
Pork Tenderloin
Sausage
I also have a pluthera of veggies and side dishes, which generally aren't all that difficult to figure out.
So...have at it. The only limitations (only because my husband is a freak) is that Sour Cream or Cream Cheese cannot be an ingredient.
PS: I've got today covered. JCam's chicken cups. MMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Did you try Ang's recipe for Sausage and Spinach Penne? It's great. You could go Chicken Marsala or Chicken French, or grilled chicken with mango salsa (or grilled pork tenderloin with mango salsa). Those are easy enough. Email me, I'll send recipes!
