Giveaway #3 - Explora from Tommee Tippee

For those of you out there that have a toddler (or a little one that is just starting to self-feed) you're going to love this next giveaway.

We are constantly on the look out for tableware for Keagan that is a) functional (e.g. dishwasher and microwave safe); b) usable for more than a month; and c) (of course) cute.

We found all of those things in the Tommee Tippee Explora Weaning Bowls.



First off, I'm supposed to tell you (per Randy) that he (yes HE) loves the fact that the bowls have a handle of sorts. I can't tell you how many times we have been victims of bowl burns when taking Keagan's oatmeal out of the microwave. Having that handle makes it a lot easier to transfer from microwave to freezer for cool down.

Also, just the fact that they are dishwasher and microwave safe is AWESOME. I can't believe how many products this day and age aren't. And seriously? I can't remember the last time I washed something by hand.

Tommee Tippee sent us one set of the Explora Weaning Bowls to review and I was immediately thrilled to see that THEY COME IN A SET OF TWO!! I am constantly looking out for combo packs (I think the daycare lady hoards my dishes) so this was awesome. The set also comes with a lid and an interlocking spoon.



Oh the spoon. The spoon is awesome. Keagan DEVOURED his breakfast this morning using his spoon (correctly) for 90% of the time. Usually he gets frustrated because he has to tip the spoon to get it in his mouth (with the food still on it) but not today. I'm going to be picking up some more of these.

The only thing I wish was that the set came with two lids. Other than that (small) complaint)I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
